1. How do I become a member of Primus Hub Marketing Association? You must read and agree to the membership agreement. You cannot participate in any PrimusHub.com business opportunities and earn income if you are not a member of the association. Please read the membership agreement and if you agree, you will be able to purchase shares as well as join all the other PrimusHub.com opportunities.

2. How do I purchase shares in Primus Hub Marketing Association? You have several ways to purchase shares in Primus Hub Marketing Association: You can use the available cash in your current Wealth4All back office; the system will automatically deduct the money and provide you with the new available balance once the transaction is complete. You can transfer money into your Wealth4All back office from one the of the payment processors, (I-Payout, STP). Once the money is showing in your cash available balance, you will be able to use these funds to purchase shares. The system will automatically deduct the money and provide you with the new available balance once the transaction is complete.

3. How will my AU’s (Advertising Units) be paid to me? The AU’s will be paid at a face value of $.90 per AU. Your total AU’s and the cash value of the AU’s are available for you to see in your back office. The AU’s cash balance will be paid to you and made available in your available cash balance in increments based on future income of Primus Hub Marketing Association. Our goal is to have all the remaining AU’s paid to our members as soon as possible.

4. Do I have to Join Primus Hub Membership Association to get my money from my available balance? No. If you decide you do not want to join the association and take advantage of the many business opportunities as well as the chance to purchase shares in the company, you can withdrawal your cash as we make the funds available.

5. How often can I make withdrawals? The funds in Wealth4All system has been made available for withdrawals as of 10/13/2012. Here is how the funds may be withdrawn: 1. If your e-wallet balance is less than $50.00 you may withdraw all funds immediately. 2. If your e-wallet balance is $51.00-$200.00 you may withdraw $20. 3. If your e-wallet balance is $201.00 and up, you will be allowed to withdraw 10% of the balance. The next withdrawal period is scheduled for 11/15/2012. The next batch of withdrawals will work in the same manner listed above unless otherwise stated.

Any personal information that members provide to Wealth4All and Primus Hub Marketing Association is privacy protected and will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.

7. I made a withdrawal and it says completed but I have no money on my E- wallet? The reason you don't see the money immediately after you request a withdrawal from Wealth4allteam is because our system is BATCHED. What that means is that we collect all withdrawal requests from our members and then create a batch every 24 hours and send to I-payout. This is done for security purposes and to keep the cost down. So, After you make a withdrawal, please allow at least 24 hours for your money to appear in the I-payout E-wallet.

8. What are the charges and Fees? It looks like I am paying more for withdrawals? Actually your withdrawals are now less expensive than before. We have lowered our withdrawal fee from $2.00 to $1.25 per transaction. (from Wealth4allteam to E-wallet). I-payout charges are as follows: a.- $1.25 Monthly fee for E-wallet. (charged on your first E-wallet transfer and once a month thereafter) b.- $1.00 Signup Fee. This fee is charged ONCE on your first E-wallet transfer. c.- $.25 Wealth4allteam to E-wallet withdrawal. Every time you withdraw to your E-wallet, you will be charged this fee by I-payout. So, except the first time, your fees will be a total of $1.50 ($1.25 from W4allteam and $.25 from I-payout which is lower than the $2.00 you were previously paying. You can also review the complete schedule of fees on the wealth4all backoffice under "finances" and I-payout fees and also on your E-wallet backoffice.

9. I signed up for the I-payout E-wallet but can not find my login information? We have provided an option on your wealth4allteam backoffice under the ACOUNT PROFILE TAB, under the Payment settings section at the bottom of the page, which reads as follows: "Existing members, if you did not receive your i-Payout email click this link: I-Payout E-Wallet Link". When you click that link, you will be taken to the I-payout sign-in screen and you can enter your username (which is the same as your welath4allteam username) and click on "Forgot Password". This will make the I-payout system send you a system generated password to log-in which you can immediately change to a password of your choice.

10. I am a new affiliate (or old affiliate) and I don't remember signing up for the E-Wallet with I-Payout, what can I do? We have provided an option on your wealth4allteam backoffice under the ACOUNT PROFILE TAB, under the Payment settings section at the bottom of the page That has a link that reads " Register for I-Payout". If you have never been registered for I-payout, this link will allow you to do that and create the account for you. It will also allow you to set up your e-wallet for the first time. If you have already set up your E-wallet before and don't remember doing so, when you click that link it will give you a message as follows: "Your Request Could Not Be Completed. A user with this UserName already exists!" All you have to do at this point is follow the instructions as per the previous question "Someone that does not remember their username and password" and you will be all set up and ready to go.

11. Why can I not login to my IP account from my location? Location errors are caused by you being in one country or utilizing a proxy connection outside the country for the address you setup in your IP account. You must not use a proxy connection when you access your I-PAYOUT account. If you are using a hide my identity program that changes your location country you must not use it when accessing I-PAYOUT. To access I-PAYOUT you must be in same country that you setup in your address originally or you must add your "location" country to your I-PAYOUT account before access will be granted to you.
