Stand up to the secret money. Tell your senators to vote for the DISCLOSE Act (S.3369).

The DISCLOSE Act — which would stop corporations, billionaires and anyone else from secretly pouring money into political ads — is being voted on in the Senate TODAY.

Meanwhile, hundreds of millions of dollars are being funneled into front groups that will blast our airwaves with smears, half-truths and outright lies.

Stand up to the secret money.

Tell your senators to vote for the DISCLOSE Act (S.3369).

If a 60-vote supermajority is not achieved to overcome the Republicans’ filibuster threat tonight, a second vote is expected tomorrow.

The DISCLOSE Act will require that the identities of those who fund political ads be disclosed to the public, regardless of whether that funding comes from corporations, labor unions, or millionaires and billionaires.

Knowing who is paying for these ads is our best line of defense in judging the merits of the ads.

Do your part to bring political spending out of the shadows.

Contact your senators today.
